A booking made through our website becomes final only once you have paid a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount within 7 days after booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of your stay. 💶
If the final payment is not made on time, both the deposit and the reservation will be cancelled.
For stays that begin within 14 days of booking, the full amount must be paid immediately. ⚠️
You can make your payment using the details provided on the invoice or directly during booking via the direct payment option. 💳
❌ Cancellation
Up to 28 days before arrival, you may request a free cancellation. Your deposit will then be refunded. ✔️
If you cancel between 28 and 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, no refund will be issued. ⏳

Did you book through Booking.com?
In that case, all payments are handled by them. Any changes to your reservation or cancellation requests must also be made through their platform. 🔄
